How much is the rental hall?

Our most popular days for events are Fridays and Saturdays.  We ask for a $400 deposit (refundable) to hold your event date and $1100 rental fee for a six hour time block.  Extra hours are available at an hourly rate.

Can I make payments?

Yes!  We accept cash, cashier’s check, and personal checks…

When is payment due?

At least 2 weeks before your event…

What is provided?

Large entry with chandelier

Sign in table

60 inch round banquet tables & chairs (rectangle tables available also)

Commercial kitchen

Alcohol serving area

Coffee makers

Is security an option?

2 security guards are required for most events.  We can arrange or allow you to make arrangements yourself and save money!

How many people does the facility hold?

The main rental room can hold 250 guests!

How long can I celebrate?

You have 6 hours for your event!  More hours are available at an hourly rate…

Do you offer any other options?

Extra hour(s) – $125/hour

White china with silverware – $200

Linens – (call for options)

Lighting – $200 to $1200 (many configurations available)

DJ – $500 to $3500 (choose your own or use one of ours)

Sound and Visual Equipment – (call for options)

Photographers – (choose your own or use one of ours)

Caterers – (choose your own or use one of ours)

Can I setup and decorate beforehand?

Sure! The day before your event is usually available and complimentary.
