Đêm giao lưu văn hóa nghệ thuật Đà Lạt (Việt Nam) – Chuncheon (Hàn Quốc) vào cuối tháng 12-2023 – Ảnh: UBND Đà Lạt
Ngày 15-5, UBND tỉnh Lâm Đồng cho biết đã thống nhất chủ trương tổ chức Lễ hội âm nhạc Hàn Quốc – Đà Lạt 2024 và Không gian xúc tiến thương mại do Hiệp hội Công nghiệp nền tảng phân phối trực tuyến Hàn Quốc tổ chức vào tháng 11-2024, tại sân vận động Đà Lạt.
Đây là hoạt động âm nhạc lớn nằm trong chuỗi sự kiện Festival hoa Đà Lạt 2024.
Theo đó, UBND tỉnh Lâm Đồng chấp thuận nội dung này theo đề xuất của Sở Văn hóa, Thể thao và Du lịch tỉnh trên nguyên tắc Hiệp hội Công nghiệp nền tảng phân phối trực tuyến Hàn Quốc (đại diện là KOPIA tại Việt Nam) tự túc toàn bộ kinh phí tổ chức các hoạt động.
Đơn vị tổ chức phải liên hệ với cơ quan chức năng để hoàn thiện đầy đủ thủ tục, pháp lý liên quan đến tổ chức biểu diễn và hoạt động của người nước ngoài tham gia biểu diễn cũng như các hoạt động khác trước khi thực hiện.
Tỉnh Lâm Đồng giao Sở Văn hóa, Thể thao và Du lịch chủ trì, phối hợp với các cơ quan, đơn vị liên quan hướng dẫn, giám sát Hiệp hội Công nghiệp nền tảng phân phối trực tuyến Hàn Quốc tổ chức Lễ hội âm nhạc Hàn Quốc – Đà Lạt 2024 và Không gian xúc tiến thương mại đảm bảo theo quy định; thẩm định, cấp phép nội dung chương trình đảm bảo có chất lượng nghệ thuật cao…
Trước đó, tỉnh Lâm Đồng và Hàn Quốc đã có hoạt động giao lưu văn hóa nghệ thuật như đêm giao lưu văn hóa nghệ thuật Đà Lạt (Việt Nam) – Chuncheon (Hàn Quốc) vào cuối tháng 12-2023.
Đây là hoạt động kỷ niệm 130 năm thành phố Đà Lạt hình thành và phát triển; đón nhận danh hiệu Thành phố sáng tạo âm nhạc UNESCO.
Tại lễ kỷ niệm 130 năm Đà Lạt hình thành và phát triển, UNESCO đã trao thư xác nhận Đà Lạt chính thức gia nhập “Mạng lưới các thành phố sáng tạo của UNESCO trong lĩnh vực âm nhạc”.
